I had a 3.5 hour block. I think they range from 3-5 hours. All I have ever seen available is base pay.Customers expect to receive their packages on time, so please remember to deliver packages from Phoenix AZ (SAZ1/VAZ1) by the time shown on the package and Amazon Flex app. Repeatedly missing the delivery time may impact your reliability rating and eligibility to participate in the program. I placed my Amazon order TODAY, at 3:00pm, and it was delivered to Lemont, Il before 10:00pm!!!I work at an SSD. Mine is a smaller warehouse (maybe about 50-60 Associates). We do stow, pick, pack, sort, problem solve, etc. Just on a smaller scale. My warehouse works with the Amazon Flex Drivers only whom use their personal vehicles to deliver packages to customers. If you take early morning blocks, expect to have a cart full of packages. As the day closes and most of the routes have gone out, you may get lucky to get one package or get sent home with no deliveries for an end of day shift. Some differences you will see between same-day and regular logistics: 1. the deliveries are going to be farther apart, so your delivery area is going to be more spread out. 2. when they first started here, the routes were really light for about the first month until the program got up to full speed.This will be my second flex delivery. I wanted to get some feedback on that warehouse. It’s a 5 hour block that starts at 4:30 pm tomorrow. My first block was smooth, different warehouse, 4 hour block starting at 5 pm, 8 packages (big boxes) filled my pickup truck with them, bed and cabin, but only one location so it was done before 1 hour.The key to good payout on sub same day is waiting until they surge in the 1-2 hours prior to the block time.
